If anyone is sick, let him call on the elders of the Church. They shall pray for them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer said in faith will restore the sick person; the Lord will raise them up
James 5:14-15
One Tuesday each month at 7.30 pm, members of the Dwell community join Healing Hour on Zoom to pray for one another.
We commence with a song to worship and draw near to the Lord. A 5 minute teaching, encouraging faith for healing, is shared by a member of the community before we break into groups of 4 or 5 to pray together. Each one shares their need. As we pray we anoint with oil virtually.
When we meet back together, we pray for others not in the meeting who need prayer for healing. We have many testimonies of healing, but we also walk with those who patiently wait for healing or bear ongoing symptoms.
